Claude E. Harris Jr. was born Feb. 18, 1957 in Kansas City, MO.  He attented Central Sr. High.  After graduating, he went on to four more years of construction trade school as an equipment operator.  He has been married for 30 years to the former Margie Morgan.  They have two children, Candace and Claude III and three grandchildren, Janae, Jaiden, and Jevon.

Background: He has 10 years of experience with Clarkson Construction and 13 years with Wonder Bread.  Material handling and freight handling, lighting installer and automaker for General Motors.  Real estate for the past 25 years.
